One Week 21 Hours Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a modern mutation of the traditional Hatha Yoga. So here at Samarpan Yoga we will teach The Ashtanga Primary Series for beginners, and the intermediate series for the advanced students, Pranayamas, Mudras and Bandhas of Yoga Ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga. We will teach the Science and the benefits. We will also provide teachings of the Sat- Kriyas which have almost been lost in Yoga Schools around the World and India too. Sat Kriyas involve Netti, Dhautti, Basthi, Tratak, Kunjala and Sankha Paskhalana. We will provide 84 advance Asanas among 84 lakhs Asanas. We will teach the secrets of the Asanas and how to awaken the kundalini tantric energy.
Yoga teaches us how to adopt the discipline of the mind, the body and the emotions. Now a days it is very difficult to balance the mind, the body and the emotions, especially in the big cities around the World. While you travel you may check the culture, emotions, people, religions, even various styles of Yoga Schools, all countries are different. So not easy at all manage the mind without Yoga. Through Ashtangaa Yoga in Rishikesh we will teach in the lineage.
Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh, India is not about physical fitness but rather to learn how to cultivate fitness of the mind and emotions, which is Super Yoga. To many People around the world, Yoga means physical exercise, Tantra means sexual pleasure and Ayurveda means simple oil massage. Maybe it has its own values but we have lost the Soul essence of yoga. Which is a combination of 8 limbs such as Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara ,Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi.

Monday to Saturday of every month

  • Day First : Arrival time at 11AM , Lunch at 1.00 PM and aftrenoon class from 4PM to 5PM
  • Day Second: from 8am to 10am , 4pm to 5pm Asthanga Yoga, Pranayamas and 11am to 12 Noon Karma Yoga
  • Day Third: from 8am to 10am , 4pm to 5pm Asthanga Yoga, Pranayamas and 11am to 12 Noon Karma Yoga
  • Day Fourth: from 8am to 10am , 4pm to 5pm Asthanga Yoga, Pranayamas and 11am to 12 Noon Karma Yoga
  • Day Five: from 8am to 10am , 4pm to 5pm Asthanga Yoga, Pranayamas and 11am to 12 Noon Karma Yoga
  • Day Six: from 8am to 10am , 4pm to 5pm Asthanga Yog, Pranayamas and 11am to 12 Noon Karma Yoga
  • Day Seven: Breakfast at 9.00Am and Depart before 10 AM

    Breakfast at 10 AM , Lunch at 1 PM , Tea at 3.30pm and Dinner at 8pm

    Karma Yoga is a vital part of the course in order to express inner emotions into positive actions, which is an essential for the management of the daily life in the lineage.
